The Sheriff's office of Butler County has deployed the M4app, an online application that automates the real estate sheriff sale process for PA Sheriffs and the Attorneys of the plaintiffs. The M4app provides a secure online document exchange for the attorneys to securely submit and receive information from this office. The monthly real estate sheriff sales are listed at Pasheriffsales.com where you can view and download sheriff sale handbills through Adobe Acrobat Reader.
The internet has proved to be a valuable resource for locating information quickly and conducting business efficiently. We believe that the M4app will increase our productivity, control costs, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the sheriff sale process.
